TEİD – CCIFT joint event: “Sapin II and Third-Party Integrity Related Risk Management in Comparative Legislation”

The “Law on Transparency, Fight Against Corruption and Modernization of the Economy” known as Loi Sapin II published in the Official Gazette on December 10, 2016, has also taken place in literature as a good answer by Continental Europe to the Anglo-Saxon dominance in the field of anti-corruption laws.

On April the 18^th we have discussed the following questions with TEİD Board Members Fikret Sebilcioğlu and Altuğ Özgün:

What are the requirements of Sapin II law to French companies operating in Turkey and Turkish companies doing business in France?

What needs to be done for companies complying with other global anti-corruption laws to be in line with Sapin II law?
